What's in the Pack

🔢

Battery Number Labels (Set of 8)

Numbered 1–8. Track charge cycles, rotate usage evenly, identify which battery was on which flight. Sized for DJI, Autel, and LiPo packs.

✈️

Carry Case Travel Labels (Set of 2)

"Contains Lithium Batteries — Carry On Only" and "Do Not Check in Hold Luggage." Includes blank Wh rating field to write in your battery specs.

Terminal Protection Reminder

"Cover Terminals Before Travel" reminder label for inside your battery case. Exposed terminals on lithium batteries are a fire risk during transport.

Why Battery Labels Matter

For rotation tracking

Drone batteries degrade unevenly if you always grab the same one. Numbering them lets you rotate through your inventory, track cycle counts, and spot the one losing capacity before it costs you a flight.

For air travel

Canadian airlines require spare lithium batteries in your cabin baggage, not checked luggage. Terminals must be protected. A visible case label signals to airline staff that you've packed responsibly.

Battery Label FAQ

Are battery travel labels required by airlines?

Airlines require that lithium batteries be carried in cabin baggage with terminals protected. They do not require a specific label on your case. Our labels are a practical tool to help you stay organised and demonstrate responsible packing — they are not a regulatory certification.

What Wh rating should I write on the travel label?

Check your battery specs. Most consumer drone batteries (DJI, Autel) are under 100 Wh and can be carried without airline pre-approval. Batteries between 100–160 Wh typically require airline approval. Batteries over 160 Wh are generally prohibited on passenger aircraft. We include a blank Wh field so you can write in the correct rating.

How many batteries does the numbering set cover?

The standard pack includes labels numbered 1 through 8. If you need more (commercial operators with larger fleets), contact us for a custom numbering set.

Do the battery number labels fit DJI Intelligent Flight Batteries?

Yes. The labels are sized to fit the flat surfaces on DJI, Autel, and standard LiPo battery packs. Tell us your battery model during checkout and we'll confirm fit.

Are these labels safe to use on LiPo batteries?

Yes. The adhesive is non-conductive and the labels are placed on the outer casing, not on terminals or cells. They do not affect battery performance.
